Senior customer experience practitioner with a decade in fintech, insurance, and medtech, and a background in cognitive science. I work in mixed methods, combining what people say with what the data shows, and I spend as much time connecting people as running studies: getting product, business, compliance, and customers in the same room, looking at the same evidence, and agreeing on what to build next.

At Swedbank I lead customer experience research initiatives that give steering groups the evidence they need to prioritise. At Trygg-Hansa I led sales design and shaped end-to-end product experiences. At Getinge I did usability engineering on ventilators going through FDA 510(k), and worked with and named the GUIDE design system.

In my spare time I design and code my own products, which keeps me close to what it actually takes to ship something. Next, I want to lead, whether that's owning a product, heading a research or service design team, or driving the transformation work that turns customer insight into how an organisation runs.
